      <description>A hip impingement is a game changer for almost everything you do, and not in a good way.   &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;For the most part, #FAI (femoroacetabular impingement) is fixable, however, the #acetabulum can have essentially three faulty structures. &lt;br&gt;  1.   A misshapen femoral head &lt;br&gt;2. A deformed femoral neck,  &lt;br&gt;3. A hip socket that covers too much of the femoral head.   &lt;br&gt;Over time, repetitive “bumping” or impingement of the #femur on the rim of the acetabulum leads to #cartilage and #labral damage.  If it’s structural, then this isn’t for you.   &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;Now on the flip side, the problem most of the time is that the head of the femur is being dragged into the labrum because the pelvis is being torqued the opposite direction relative to the femur which is a much easier repair. 👍👌 &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;🔥(FAI) HIP HACK🔥 &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;The two problems with the hip are: &lt;br&gt;1. Lack of joint space &lt;br&gt;2. Tissue extensibility loss &lt;br&gt; Both of these require one thing, patience.  😉 &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;The #hamstring complex and the #adductors come together and form a seam and what happens is that the posterior chain loads the ischial tuberosity and the adductors load the femur and pelvis.  Any flexion at the hip is met with the head of the femur pounding the labrum and grinding across the joint surface in the acetabulum.   &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;Here’s what needs to happen: &lt;br&gt;1. Create space in the socket by working through flexion/extension and internal/external rotation under distraction. &lt;br&gt;2. Separate and unload the posterior and medial compartments of the femur.  &lt;br&gt;Here’s how to do it: &lt;br&gt;1️⃣ Lateral Banded Frog Rock n Thrust &lt;br&gt;2️⃣ Banded Supine Rotation &lt;br&gt;3️⃣ Adductor Kettle Bell Smash &lt;br&gt;4️⃣ Hamstring/Adductor Pull Apart &lt;br&gt;BOOM! Then train them for variable load and position.  &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;👻Start training your shoulders in as many ranges and positions as possible and you’ll end up with the most healthy and strong basketball shoulders on the entire damn block. &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;👻Fancy expensive programs for shoulders are completely pointless and simply a way to separate you from your hard earned money. &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;👻The easiest way to get in the way of injury, is by loading those caps in all kinds of ways. &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;👻Start throwing in rotation under load, use dumbbells to capture muscle synergism, static holds in odd positions, just get them moving.   &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;👻If you’re getting shoulder pain while training, there’s a good chance you’ve got a gap somewhere in your shoulder strength.       <description>If you’re having shoulder problems, give this series of five drills a try, your shoulders will thank you for it. &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;The serratus anterior stabilizes, protracts and rotates the scapula, and quite often, is inherently weak on most people. &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;If there is a problem with the scapula directly, either a basic instability or more severely, a winged scapula, then you want to tackle all of these. &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;One thing I’ll throw in here, is that if it’s an injury to the long thoracic nerve, you’ll want to have that assessed by a competent doc prior to hammering these out.  &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;Now that being said, if it is an actual nerve lesion, understand that quite often, this still works, it just takes substantially more time. &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;Regardless of the cause, making sure that your shoulders move and groove like they’ve been filled with butter is one of the best things that you can do. &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;Get those shoulders right! &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;1️⃣ Plank Scap Press &lt;br&gt;2️⃣ Banded Plank Scap Press &lt;br&gt;3️⃣ Apple Picker &lt;br&gt;4️⃣ Banded Hip to Overhead &lt;br&gt;5️⃣ Hanging Shoulder Circles  &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;🍑TAG SOMEONE TO DO THIS🍑 &lt;br&gt;. &lt;br&gt;Want to learn how to biohack yourself?       <description>Reset your scapula and clean up your pecs........unless you want that searing pain to continue? &lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;The scapula is the anchor point for driving horsepower out through the hands.  This means that when your scap moves like it’s made out of modeling clay, you’re doing two things: &lt;br&gt;1. Bleeding more horsepower than a dodge transmission. &lt;br&gt;2. Chewing up the shoulder joint. &lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;The pec minor comes off the upper ribcage and inserts on the coracoid, and since it slides underneath the pec major, it forces the pec Complex hypertonicity.  The scap gets torqued down and forward shoving the glenoid fossa into a position with the stability of a beach towel.   &lt;br&gt;- &lt;br&gt;The Serratus anterior, which protracts and stabilizes the scapula, shortens and glues the scap to the posterior ribcage.  &lt;br&gt;Now, not only is the scap in a sub optimal position, it’s also held down like a kid getting ‘beef stewed’ on the play ground.  &lt;br&gt;The subscapularis joins in and rolls the head of the humerus over the anterior inferior labrum, Yeah, the weakest point in the shoulder.   &lt;br&gt;And now we load up weight and expect great things to happen, or.......the shoulder gets hammered into baby food.🙄. &lt;br&gt;THE FIX: &lt;br&gt;1️⃣ E-Z Body tempering palm Up pec smash (keep the shoulder externally rotated or you’re simply pounding on muscle for no benefit). &lt;br&gt;2️⃣ Double overhand grip, behind the back  shoulder extension. 2 minutes  &lt;br&gt;3️⃣ PVC subscap/Serratus Nunchuk. 2 minutes. &lt;br&gt;BOOM! Horsepower freedom! Smash you later!</description>

      <description>🐯Hey there! How’s your gluteus medius? Oh, you’re not sure? Then let me ask you this, do you have some seriously crooked hips?
