You’ll realise it is not like this
Cooking them up and making wood chips
No this a di moringa drumstick
Plant based food with nuff benefit
People a ask how you prepare it
Listen Macka B I am going to share it
Cut off the ends wash and clean it
Cut it into pieces 2 inches thick
When you cut it leave a little bit
And peel down a little making a slit
Sauté some onions and some garlic
In the oil of your choice for a couple of minutes
Add the drum stick and some water to it
If you want a little salt Himalayan Celtic
Add the spices to it that you wish
Ones that you like that will enhance the dish
Could be curry or stir-fry anything you wish
After 20 minutes mission accomplished
Now the cooking part is complete
This is the way that some people eat
They split it scrape out the pulp with their teeth
Discard the skin then repeat
Some people put it all in their mouth
Chew it up fulljoy and then spit it out
When it’s young and tender without a doubt
You can eat the pulp raw chat bout
