Alright what do we need first?
Ingredients for the crust
Dates spelt flour and walnuts
A little coconut milk could be delicious
Get a food processor put them all in
Then process and put them in a greased tin
Spread it out and put them in the fridge
The next part of the pie you have to deal with
The next part is the filling
That's where the avocados come in
Put in coconut cream and mix it up
With lime juice lime zest date syrup
Blender food processor you choose
Then blend them up until they are smooth
Then get the crust from the refrigerator
Remember you saved it till later
Spread the filling on the crust an even layer
Add any toppings that you desire
Then chill for a few hours or overnight
Till the filling is set right
When it’s ready take a bite

Today it is a tropical crop
Look at that Soursop
We’re gonna make juice out of dat
Wash it cut it then you can enter
Peel the skin then take out the centre
Next part pull up your sleeves
You have to take out all the seeds
For the juice no seeds you no need
Take them out till none don’t leave
Give the flesh a little squeeze
You see the seeds they come out with ease
Take the pulp and add it to a blender
Blend it up with a little water
Get it to a nice texture
Then pour it out through a strainer
Old school there's another procedure
Put the pulp in a bowl of water
Squeeze and mix it with your fingers
Then you strain it after
When blending add the sweetener of your choice
Healthy one that's my advice
Adding lime is also nice
Some add vanilla nutmeg spice

I'm going to do a rap about a wrap
A wrap rap yes a wrap rap a wrap rap just like that
All you need is spelt flour
Little oil Himalayan and water
Ok it's begun
Mix the flour and the Himalayan
Add the oil into the mixture
Me a use coconut oil fi da one ya
Alright you see the texture
Now you have to add the water
Make a dough with a little moisture
Not too dry not sticky neither
Next step proceed
Get the dough and start knead
Make a ball with how much you need
Depends how many mouths you have to feed
Put it one side make it sit
Half hour 30 minutes
Get a pan non-stick
Pon di fire soon ready for it
Then you take a piece of the ball
Not too big not too small
Put it on a board covered with flour
Then roll it out into a tortilla
Next thing you have to cook it
For about half a minute
Then cook the other side give it a flip
Easy with a bit of practice
That’s it that’s sweet
Take another piece of the ball repeat
All you have to do now is fill in the wrap
Then it’s ready to eat
