Avocado onion and garlic

Get the breadfruit that's the starter
Wash it cut it in a half then quarter
When you cut it it comes apart
Use the knife and cut out the heart
Get the pan you a use to cook it
Put some coconut oil inna it
Get some scallion and garlic
Sauté for a couple of minutes
Seasoning you like and go into this
Add some thyme and tomatice
Pimento and also the scotch bonnet
If you want pink himalayan or celtic
Coconut milk is the next ingredient
Put in a good amount you don't have to be lenient
Fresh is best that is evident
But sometimes you have to use what's convenient
Now it's time for the breadfruit to use
You can cut it up into big cubes
Get the breadfruit put it in the pot
Give it a little mix not a lot
Get the lid of the pan and cover
Medium heat you must simmer
30 minutes maybe even an hour
When the breadfruit is tender you can devour
