Danny Tenaglia starts to talk about his first club DJ job at the Miami Lounge 1976. He talks about important certain songs are impacting him during this time such as Fantastic Johnny C “Waiting For The Rain” He went to Butterfields in Queens and he meets DJ Jenny Costa and she shows him what a real club felt like. He went to Elphas Disco and he heard DJ Jimmy Yu and experienced hearing the song from The Emotion “I Don’t Want To Lose Your Love” A young Danny is visioning the can be a professional DJ because of all the people he was meeting. His first super club that Danny experiences is Starship Discovery I in Midtown and he hears Joey Palminteri, Ernie Dundee, and Tom Savarese. 1980 was the year of change in Danny's Career and he now gets a job at the Roller Disco in his neighborhood which lasted around three years. During this time, he visits the Paradise Garage and is finding his way in the music business. His next big break comes as he is offered a residency in Miami at Cheers which had the only afterhours license club in the area. There he becomes a Billboard Reporter and starts to really make his mark with the music industry working the long sets and his reputation proceeds him. He returns to New York to begin his house music career. There is so much in this... and a joy to listen to Danny explain it all in detail.

As a classically trained musician, discover Louie’s roots - nights spent at the Paradise Garage, working in a record pool, meeting Jocelyn Brown, Jellybean Benitez which had a huge impact on Louie’s music productions. Making and breaking his own records and for other artists such as Todd Terry.

DJing at Studio 54 and working through a variety of genres including disco, hip hop and house.
Taking to the road, Louie played in Japan, UK - playing for Norman J and meeting artists such as Carl Cox, Paul Oakenfold and Paul trouble Anderson. Setting up Masters at Work with Kenny Dope to further his later productions. Working with Don Welsh and Barbara Tucker, Louie’s career went from strength to strength - becoming a resident at Elite. Relentless studio time due to his passion of making music, playing at the Sound Factory from 92-97 and networking with industry people such as Frankie Knuckles and Gladys Pizarro from Strictly Rhythm.

Within months the club was packed out and was so pivotal to his next steps in the industry. This is where Louie truly found his place and tapped into his own zone of music. DJing with David Cole who played live keyboards during Louie’s set. In addition, having George Benson singing a live impromptu set. The song was a cover version of the song "Pass the Kouchie" by The Mighty Diamonds, which deals with the recreational use of cannabis, "kouchie" being slang for a cannabis pipe. For the cover version, the song's title was bowdlerized to "Pass the Dutchie" and all obvious drug references were removed from the lyrics; e. g., when the original croons "How does it feel when you got no herb?", the cover version refers to "food" instead.

Carl Cox speaks about the his album FACT and how he became the resident DJ , and opening and closing DJ for Space Ibiza from direct orders of Pepe Rosello and Fritz. Listen to him explain how Space closed its doors forever and get the inside track to the events that led to up to it.

Another monumental moment was BBC Radio 1 and Pete Tong coming to Ibiza, this event was the creation of “The Space Terrace.” When Space Ibiza closed in 2016. The last track Carl played was Angie Stone “I Wish I Missed You”. Carl also explains his personal position on the vaccination and what club life will possibly be like when we all come back.

He is in the middle of writing an autobiography called “Oh Yes.. Oh Yes!” (coming soon)
