When fasting, don’t eat if you’re not hungry. It’s important to let your body tell you how long to fast. Fasting makes your cells more sensitive to insulin and does not raise cortisol levels.
There are 2 types of fasting: water fasting, which means no food, and dry fasting, which means you don’t consume food or water.
Dry fasting can be even more beneficial because you trigger dehydration genes that can enhance weight loss. Fat can be converted into water for hydration while fasting. Dry fasting benefits also include enhanced autophagy and more detoxification in the liver.
If you’re fasting and you notice your hair is falling out or you lose your cycle, you might not be getting enough protein. Grass-fed red meat is the best source. It provides amino acids, trace minerals, B vitamins, and more.

After couple of weeks it's a biceps riser
Cook the Zucchini like it is a pasta
Could be 8 minutes could be even faster
Not too high could be a disaster

Sauté the onions for about 2 minutes
Add tomatice and a little water to it
Add the spices the ones that you please
Then these, these are the Chickpeas
Add another Veg use your expertise
Then simmer you see it’s a breeze
A little Lime at the end squeeze
Experiment create your recipes
Fresh is best nothing more nothing less
But if you have to you can always freeze
Quick and delicious also nutritious
