The European Union is interested in a scheme to block out the sun to change global weather patterns. According to a document seen by Bloomberg, the EU is developing a framework for looking into these idea in order to combat climate change. Global scientists have called for an “international non-use agreement on such solutions” for many reasons. Chief amongst them: we don’t know what undesirable chain could be set in motion by messing with the global ecosystem. This sun blocking scheme has been promoted by Bill Gates and George Soros. It involves pumping white clouds into the atmosphere to block the sun.

This water surface laser measurement was done at lake Balaton in Hungary
We did 4 measurements on the 15th and 16th of August 2016.
The measurements are shown in pictures / videos and the 4th measurement is evaluated in this movie.

The laser was 125cms (4.1 feet) above the lake's surface.
The measurement started at 6:30AM and ended at 7:45AM
The air temperature was 17 Celsius (62 Fahrenheit), 79% humidity and the water temperature was at 22 Celsius (72 Fahrenheit).

Tom Silverman explains different parts of the disco business and what led him to creating the New Music Seminar. Along the same time he begins to work out how to run a record label while helping out the owners of Importe 12. While he is writing his columns for Dance Music Report, he learns about a hip hop dj that was playing this eclectic sound of funk and rock all mixed up in The Bronx Area. He pays a visit to meet DJ Afrika Bambatta, and the rest is history. Tom loved what he witnessed and asked Afrika if he would like to make a record from all the tracks that you are playing in your set. At that precious moment Tommy Boy Records was created. We stopped the interview early as Tom promised he would come back and speak more about his life in the music industry. When he returns he would like to have all the topics the audience would like to hear about when he returns once again for another sit down as this will be scheduled soon.

In the face of a century of traditional polling to predict public opinion, there is a shakeup afoot in the prediction game. Margin of Error: AI, Polling and Elections examines how a startup called Advanced Symbolics (ASI) uses artificial intelligence (AI) and public social-media data to forecast voter behaviour. But the promise of new technology also comes with questions about its accuracy, the threat to citizens’ privacy and our democracy itself.
Every one of us volunteers a huge amount of private data with virtually every Internet service we use, without reading or understanding the terms of service. This data can now be harvested by AI to accurately predict among many other things, how we will vote.
Even without surrendering personal information, the new AI algorithm Polly, developed by ASI, combs social media to build profiles of different demographics and determines their preferences.This method has already led to Polly’s success in predicting both the 2016 Trump victory and Brexit. With the 2019 Canadian federal election campaign as a real time back drop, Margin of Error puts Polly to the test revealing how an AI doesn’t just give a detailed picture of the publics voting intentions, but also how specific events can alter them.
But will knowing what our hopes and concerns are, give politicians the intel they need to respond to our needs, and lead to a “utopian” society, as ASI’s CEO Erin Kelly claims, or can this data be misused to mislead us – either by our own governments, or those of our adversaries? And should politicians even be responding to our desires, as expressed through social media?

The Manila North Cemetery was formerly part of La Loma Cemetery but was separated as an exclusively Catholic burial ground. The cemetery formerly known as Cemeterio del Norte was laid out in 1904. Some of the people living here are interested in the cemetery. People who live in grave houses and there is no healthy electricity and water. They are complaining about their government because they don’t give any help.
Glistening skyscrapers and Spanish colonial architecture merge in the Philippine capital of Manila. Tucked away in a corner of this overcrowded coastal metropolis, the Manila North Cemetery has stood for more than 100 years. The cemetery’s stacked tombs house around a million of the dead.
And ten thousand of the living. Atop elaborate mausoleums, the people here have erected shanties and put down familial roots. The cemetery is home to some of Manila’s ****rest residents – residents who inexorably display the resourcefulness needed to survive here. An entire way of life has flourished in death’s midst. And the people here maintain a delicate equilibrium, between life and death, rich and ****r, hope and despair.
