The Exodus Tour was a concert tour organised to support the album Exodus by Bob Marley & The Wailers.
The tour began at the Pavillon de Paris, Porte de Pantin in Paris, France, on tuesday 10 May 1977, and involuntarily ended with four shows at the Rainbow Theatre in London in early June; actually there were six shows planned to be performed in London, but the last two shows had been cancelled due to Marley's serious toe injury he received in a football friendly game with French journalists just before the tour's start in Paris. Subsequently, the tour's second leg in the United States had first been postponed and then definitely cancelled. The last show of the tour has been released on VHS and DVD, labeled Live! at the Rainbow and now rereleased in HD quality, with improved sound, missing song (Burnin' and Lootin') and its raw, uncut glory. It is reported that all four shows have been recorded and taped on video.

First wash the cauliflower thoroughly
Dry it then cut it up chunky
Next thing get a box grater

Alternatively if you're the possessor
Of a the thing that they call a food processor
You could use that to grater the cauliflower
I like the grater for the muscle power
Can have it raw or you can cook it
First thing get a large skillet
Add some coconut oil a little bit
Get the cauliflower add it to it
Cook it down for about 5-minutes
You can add some seasoning too if you wish
Himalayan or a little celtic
Scallion thyme,garlic
So simple you can't miss
Cauliflower rice as a side dish
Good fiber and low in calories
Could help people with things like diabetes
