Get some green bananas they've got to be green
No yellow cannot be seen
An alternative to French Fries is on the scene
Follow this and you will see what I mean
Ripe bananas are easy peeling
But green bananas are a different thing
Their skin is tough so before we begin
Here's a great way of skin removing
Get a bowl of hot water put the bananas in
After a few minutes score along the skin
The peel comes off easy time for slicing
Cut it up to the sizes nice and thin
In a bowl little coconut oil prepare it
Add the spices that you want even garlic
A little pink himalayan or grey celtic
Massage with your hands give it a mix
Place it in the oven and preheat
Put the green banana fries on a baking sheet
Bake for 30-minutes should be complete
There you have it ready to eat
Believe me you will be very surprised
You won’t believe your taste buds never mind your eyes
Tastes nice I tell you no lies
When you try it you’ll realise

This vegan sushi is my choice
So I'm going to use wild rice
Most recipes rice vinegar you’ll find
But for my sushi I'm going to use lime
Cook the rice as you normally would
Wild rice takes longer so make it cook good
Add the lime and mix it around
Then put it one side to cool down
The next stage after that
You need a bamboo sushi mat
It helps but if you haven't got that
You've got to improvise with something you've got
Put the bamboo mat down flat
Pon a clean surface tabletop
Put a Nori sheet on top
That’s dried seaweed if you didn't know that
Seaweed in all of its glory
Spread the rice pon top of the Nori
Leave a gap at the top of the sheet
To seal the roll when it's complete
Next is the filler can be whatever
Use your initiative be clever
I'm using avocado and cucumber
Spring onions and sweet pepper
Cut them up and put them together
Place them at the lower quarter
Now roll using your finger
And seal the end with a little water
Last thing get a knife
Cut it once in half then twice
Cut it again until you have 8
Last thing put it on the plate

Bob Blank is growing with the Salsa Community and now is being sort out as a hot engineer producer. As the disco explosion begins Dan Rather from 60 Minutes recorded a video clip at Bobs Studio Blank Tapes which becomes an important segment for CBS Television based around the excitement of Studio 54 and the Saturday Night Fever Explosion. At the time Bob was also mixing records for DeLite Records, Prelude Records, Patrick Adams, Leroy Burgess and so many others. He explains how Patrick Adams would write on the fly scores of music at the sessions for the string and horn sections. One of the top albums he worked on was the group Musique on Prelude which was a game changer for the disco sound. Bob also talks about how he was instructed by the labels to push the records to sound crazier. He did this alongside the DJs in the sessions by pushing more heavy bass and bringing out the rhythm section in the mix and as well editing new parts giving the listener a whole new version that was perfect for the dancefloor. Listen to Bob talk about his transition into the Ballroom Dancing world. He has such a dynamite story.
