No yellow cannot be seen
An alternative to French Fries is on the scene
Follow this and you will see what I mean
Ripe bananas are easy peeling
But green bananas are a different thing
Their skin is tough so before we begin
Here's a great way of skin removing
Get a bowl of hot water put the bananas in
After a few minutes score along the skin
The peel comes off easy time for slicing
Cut it up to the sizes nice and thin
In a bowl little coconut oil prepare it
Add the spices that you want even garlic
A little pink himalayan or grey celtic
Massage with your hands give it a mix
Place it in the oven and preheat
Put the green banana fries on a baking sheet
Bake for 30-minutes should be complete
There you have it ready to eat
Believe me you will be very surprised
You won’t believe your taste buds never mind your eyes
Tastes nice I tell you no lies
When you try it you’ll realise

Baking’s a healthier option to take
And you've got to think healthy for your own sake
Chickpeas first thing
Overnight soaking
After soaking draining
Let's see what else fi go in
Cumin parsley coriander
Garlic himalayan cayenne pepper
Red onion about a quarter
And if you want you can add some baking soda
Put them all in a food processor
If you don't have one it doesn't matter
Use a fork or potato masher
Don't forget to add a little water
Combine to a nice texture
More like a dumpling than a fritter
Then into balls roll them together
Like a ping pong ball but a little flatter
That's the preparations complete
And at the same time the oven did a heat
Get your baking tray or your baking sheet
And your baking paper as the falafel seat
Brush them with the oil of your choice
On the tray space them out right
Bake for 20 minutes turn once or twice
Voila there you have it crispy and nice
