They will add it for free also if you wish
Steam vegetables really steam cabbage
Get some cabbage to begin
Cut it in half and slice it thin
Dash weh the core you nu want that in
Coulda put it in the compost bin
What other vegetables do they put in?
Most of the time carrot is the thing
Slice it up nice and thin
Now it's ready for the so called steaming
Put the oil of your choice in a skillet
Sauté some onions and garlic
Thyme and scallion add it to it

Add the cabbage and carrot and stir it
Then if you want some scotch bonnet
Then add some water just a little bit
Make it cook for 15 minutes

Ok let's give it a try
Alright what do we need first?
Ingredients for the crust
Dates spelt flour and walnuts
A little coconut milk could be delicious
Get a food processor put them all in
Then process and put them in a greased tin
Spread it out and put them in the fridge
The next part of the pie you have to deal with
The next part is the filling
That's where the avocados come in
Put in coconut cream and mix it up
With lime juice lime zest date syrup
Blender food processor you choose
Then blend them up until they are smooth
Then get the crust from the refrigerator
Remember you saved it till later
Spread the filling on the crust an even layer
Add any toppings that you desire
Then chill for a few hours or overnight
Till the filling is set right
When it’s ready take a bite

It's Wha Me Eat Wednesday and I am going to do a rap
I'm going to do a rap about a wrap
A wrap rap yes a wrap rap a wrap rap just like that
All you need is spelt flour
Little oil Himalayan and water
Ok it's begun
Mix the flour and the Himalayan
Add the oil into the mixture
Me a use coconut oil fi da one ya
Alright you see the texture
Now you have to add the water
Make a dough with a little moisture
Not too dry not sticky neither
Next step proceed
Get the dough and start knead
Make a ball with how much you need
Depends how many mouths you have to feed
Put it one side make it sit
Half hour 30 minutes
Get a pan non-stick
Pon di fire soon ready for it
Then you take a piece of the ball
Not too big not too small
Put it on a board covered with flour
Then roll it out into a tortilla
Next thing you have to cook it
For about half a minute
Then cook the other side give it a flip
Easy with a bit of practice
That’s it that’s sweet
Take another piece of the ball repeat
All you have to do now is fill in the wrap
Then it’s ready to eat

Is a handful of sesame seeds
Black or white hulled or unhulled
It's up to you then you proceed
Put the sesame seeds in a skillet
Lightly toast them for a little bit
Give them a toss for a few minutes
Brings out the flavours within it
So far so good good news
Now we have to grind the seeds them up smooth
Most people food processor them use
But today mortar and pestle me a choose
Add a little oil is the next thing you do
Avocado grape seed it's up to you
Add your Celtic or Himalayan too
Then grind and blend and smooth it through
You want it smoother after
Might have to add a little bit of water
Depends on how you like your texture
Then put it in a airtight container
Simple recipe no fuss

The first thing that we were told
Get a hand mixing bowl
Then get some kale leaf
Break them into bite-sized piece
You have to coat the leaves them now
So you need the avocado
Lemon or lime juice also
You know that it needs that flow

You need ginger freshly grated

But if you want you can add Himalayan
Use your hand like a processor
Squish all the ingredients together
