They will add it for free also if you wish
Steam vegetables really steam cabbage
Get some cabbage to begin
Cut it in half and slice it thin
Dash weh the core you nu want that in
Coulda put it in the compost bin
What other vegetables do they put in?
Most of the time carrot is the thing
Slice it up nice and thin
Now it's ready for the so called steaming
Put the oil of your choice in a skillet
Sauté some onions and garlic
Thyme and scallion add it to it
Plus a little Himalayan or Celtic
Add the cabbage and carrot and stir it
Then if you want some scotch bonnet
Then add some water just a little bit
Make it cook for 15 minutes
Simple as that yes that's it
And Jamaicans eat a whole heap of it
Yes it's a popular side dish

The story of the song is that Macka B was working on a project with Jazzwad, and one of the tracks was a tribute to Jah Shaka written while he was alive and intended to be a living tribute.
Sadly Jah Shaka passed away before their song was finished. Jazzwad and Macka B decided to complete the piece posthumously as a tribute.
Jazzwad produced the track and played all the instruments. The track was recorded in Mixing Lab, Kingston, Jamaica and was engineered by Michael Williamson (Studio 2000)

Kale avocado salad crispy and clean

The first thing that we were told
Get a hand mixing bowl
Then get some kale leaf
Break them into bite-sized piece
You have to coat the leaves them now
So you need the avocado
Lemon or lime juice also
You know that it needs that flow
Oh yes they also stated
You need ginger freshly grated
Sounds nice that's what I'm saying
But if you want you can add Himalayan
Use your hand like a processor
Squish all the ingredients together
Going to be something to savour
Let the kale marinate in the flavour
You can put it in the fridge for an hour
Let it more absorb more power
This will give it a softer crunch
Then put it on a plate ready for lunch
